Abstract

This article examines engineering and technological approaches to quality assurance and quality control in the construction industry. The focus is on integrating quality management methods into construction processes, including monitoring work parameters, analyzing defects, and ensuring compliance with design documentation and regulatory requirements. The relevance of this research stems from the need to improve the reliability and durability of construction projects by implementing systematic quality control at all stages of the life cycle—from design to commissioning. The aim of this work is to develop an approach to ensuring the quality of construction products by combining the principles of quality management systems with engineering methods for monitoring and analyzing technological processes. The scientific novelty lies in examining the quality system as an element of the construction process, ensuring the control of process parameters and reducing the likelihood of defects. The practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approaches to improve the efficiency of construction work, reduce production risks, and ensure the consistent quality of constructed projects.
