Abstract

The article describes the system for calculating key performance indicators (KPI) of the teaching staff, heads of departments, and deans of faculties of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The article shows the business process, the ontological model, and the main forms of the system. The developed information system provides an opportunity to analyze the activities of the University Employees, generate a rating calculation for positions, and structural divisions, view a report on the degree of data completion and calculate the amount of remuneration. The system allows for an increase in the contribution of each Employee to the achievement of the strategic goals of the University, increases the level of motivation, responsibility, and efficiency of the Employees, and also contributes to the improvement of professional competencies. The system has been functioning since 2016, it is a constantly accumulating database of achievements of the teaching staff, and it allows you to analyze the results of employees' activities and visualize reports.
