The article is devoted to the study of control methods for milk drying process, with special attention to the selection of optimal regulators based on data and parametric identification of the object. Various approaches to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the control system are considered, allowing it to be adapted to changing production conditions. The main emphasis is placed on parametric identification using temperature data to more accurately model the dynamics of the drying process. This allows the development of more efficient controllers that provide stable process control and reduced energy consumption. The presented results show that the proposed methods improve the quality of the final product and optimize the energy consumption. The study makes a significant contribution to the field of process optimization in the dairy industry, offering state-of-the-art solutions for production-specific control. These findings contribute to the competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises in this industry.
