The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the architectural and planning methods used to develop comprehensive educational institutions in Russia during the 20th century. Drawing on historical records, educational policies, and architectural advancements, the study examines the evolution of school building designs, zoning and planning strategies, integration of natural elements, standardization and mass production techniques, and experimental approaches. The findings underscore the dynamic nature of educational architecture and planning, reflecting the evolving educational landscape and societal needs. The article concludes with an evaluation of the impact of these methods on the development of the Russian education system and the architectural planning of schools.
